What happens if I want to change my distance?
We order our medals before the start of the event by estimating the number of medals we need based on previous events. This allows us to offer low early bird prices and that also you aren't waiting for weeks and weeks after the event to finish to receive your medal. Unfortunately it does also mean, however, that we are unable to allow changes to medal distances.
We want you to do what you feel comfortable doing on the day. You'll still get a medal, it will just be the medal that you signed up for when booking. You can always complete the miles at a later date if you need to.
What happens if I need to isolate?
Don't worry, we'll still post out your medal. Do the distance when it is safe for you to do so.
How do I prove I did the distance?
You can upload the evidence of your race (a screenshot of your GPS, or photo of your watch) into Njuko using the link and instructions in your race confirmation email. It is not vital that you do this, we trust that you'll do the distance, but all adds to the fun.
How do I enter the best finish line picture competition?
We'll be giving away spot prizes for the best and most romantic finish line photos of you and your gin. You can share your finish-line photo in the
Secret London Runs Connect Facebook group. The team will judge all entries and reveal the winners shortly after the event finishes.
Where do I download my race bib?
You can download your race bib in Njuko (our ticketing platform) using the link and instructions in your race confirmation email so you can print it at home.
