Stop people trading on your name.

UmanID lets your customers confirm that a call, message, video call, chat or delivery genuinely comes from you — and lets your own teams verify suppliers and partners before a payment goes ahead.

Suppliers, vendors and partners

The invoice that isn’t from your supplier.

Someone emails your finance team claiming to be a supplier whose bank details have changed. It is a budgeted loss line in most organisations, and the whole attack rests on nobody being able to check.

  • Verify a supplier before approving a change of bank details
  • Verify a new vendor at onboarding, before the first payment
  • Confirm an executive or finance approval came from that person
  • Verify a third party before IT gives them access

Your side

Your team sees every verification as it happens.

Who is on the line, which agent, and whether the customer confirmed them — live, in one screen.

The other direction

Your people, verifiably yours.

The same check, pointed outwards: your customer confirms the person contacting them really works for you.

A call from your team.

A message in your name.

A face on a video call.

A representative in chat.

A courier at the door.

What it takes

What adopting this involves.

01

What we do.

We set your organisation up and configure it with you. During early access that happens with a person on a call, not through a signup form.

02

What your team does.

Your people carry on contacting customers the way they do now. They work in the UmanID business portal, and they appear as verified when they make contact.

03

What your customers do.

You invite them, by message. They install the UmanID app once — and because it is one app for the whole network rather than one per company, it then covers every organisation that has joined, not only you. They are never charged.

04

Who owns it, and how big it is.

Start with one contact flow rather than a rollout — the one where impersonation costs you most. It belongs with whoever owns fraud or customer contact. Nothing in your existing systems has to change.

The business product is in early access. That means a conversation with us rather than a self-service signup, and it means we are close to the organisations using it.

Who you would be dealing with

UmanID is built by a security engineer with thirty years in cybersecurity, nine of them inside a bank. The system is built and running today.

See it on one of your own contact flows.
